The fourth edition of the race starts in Brittany, and with two pure sprint stages, several hilly stages and four days in the mountains, it promises to be another exciting race.

Stage 1: Vannes to Plumelec
The race starts with a mouthwatering stage between Vannes and Plumelec, where the men’s race had a TTT in 2015. This time the women’s race kicks off with a super-punchy and aggressive 79km, with four categorised climbs to contend with.
First up the riders tackle the Côte de Botségalo, before three ascents of the Côte de Cadoudal during a finishing circuit in Plumelec. The final climb will decide the stage winner and the race's first yellow jersey. Although we could see a break form during the opening kilometres, the reality is that the stage is too short for any group to stand any chance of building a gap and staying away.
This will be eyeballs-out racing from the gun and a thrilling sprint to the line between the best climbers and GC stars.
Riders to watch: Demi Vollering, Kasia Niewiadoma, Elisa Longo-Borghini and Lotte Kopecky.
