10 Strade Bianche Wildcards 🇮🇹
Outside of the leading contenders, there are plenty of riders to watch from both the men's and women's pelotons. Here are my picks, from Madouas to Malcotti
Tadej Pogačar (UAE Team Emirates) and Demi Vollering (FDJ SUEZ) are the top favourites for the Strade Bianche this Saturday, and trailing behind them is a second group of contenders, including Tom Pidcock and Elisa Longo Borghini.
However, there is a third group comprising underdogs and wildcards. I have selected 10 riders across the women’s and men’s races who have caught my attention in recent weeks and have the potential to create one or two surprises.
