Hi Subscribers,

After a few days of pleasant conditions both in France and Italy, things turned on Wednesday, with the weather playing a significant role at both Tirreno-Adriatico - where it was a long, grim day in the saddle for the bunch - and Paris-Nice, where the speed of the changing weather conditions forced a neutralisation on the first day of hostilities in the hills. In the end though, both races opened up on the final climb of the day, with plenty of exciting, attacking racing. Here are our top takeaways from a wet Wednesday in Europe.
