Confirmed: Julian Alaphilippe signs three-year deal with Tudor

Julian Alaphilippe has confirmed that he will race for Tudor Pro Cycling in 2025 after agreeing to a three-year contract with the second-division team. The news brings to an end the Frenchman’s association with Patrick Lefevere’s Soudal Quick-Step squad.
Alaphilippe has spent his entire career racing on Lefevere’s squad and won two world titles and a host of other races during his tenure on the Belgian team.
The relationship between the rider and his boss appeared to sour earlier this year after Lefevere made comments regarding Alaphilippe’s social life and his wife, Tour de France Femmes race director, Marion Rousse.
Despite that, Lefevere held out hope of extending Alaphilippe’s contract until the Belgian eventually conceded defeat last week.
