Over the last few weeks, I’ve mentioned that Ineos Grenadiers were pushing to improve on their climbing contingent, with at least two spots to fill in that department.
Very recent intel indicates Harold Tejada is close to signing with the British team. According to sources, a three-year deal is being finalised for the 29-year-old, who currently races for XDS Astana Team.

Tejada has become a major asset for Astana in recent years, winning a fine stage at Paris-Nice earlier this spring. He also finished fourth in the GC at the UAE Tour and is set to race the Tour de France later this summer.
