Emanuel Buchmann remains heavily linked with a two-year move to Cofidis for 2025 but Ineos Grenadiers and TotalEnergies are still monitoring the German rider.
Buchmann effectively called time on his spell at his current team, Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe, on the eve of the Giro d’Italia after heavily criticising the squad for not selecting him for the race. He is currently on the sidelines having fractured a hip and a collarbone in a crash at the Tour de Suisse in June.
