Caleb Ewan’s transfer from Jayco AlUla to Ineos Grenadiers looked dead and buried in December after he reportedly turned down the British team, but we understand that the squad are back in for the sprinter.

Ewan did not attend either of Jayco AlUla’s two recent training camps in December or January. Further to that, he has been removed from the team’s website - despite having a year to run on his existing contract.
