Hi Subscribers,

Before the Volta ao Algarve, I travelled to sunny Leeds to meet the team from Fensham Howes-MAS Design-CAMS.

The British-based junior squad has nurtured some remarkable talent over the years, including Sam Watson, Joe Pidcock, Matthew Brennan, Bob Donaldson, Max Poole, Joe Cosgrove, Ben Wiggins, and Seb Grindley.

This year, the team has a full-time roster of six riders, and I was lucky enough to spend time with each one. They are making their season debut this weekend at Kuurne-Brusse-Kuurne Juniors.

I will be posting interviews with all the riders on the team in the coming days, and to start us off, we have Henry Hobbs. The 17-year-old hails from Essex, and his older brother, Noah, is currently racing for EF Education-Aevolo.

Henry is the junior individual pursuit world champion and wants to join his older brother by signing for a WorldTour development team next season.
