Niamh Fisher-Black set to move from SD Worx to Lidl-Trek
Talented climber on the move at the end of 2024
Niamh Fisher-Black will leave Team SD Worx-Protime at the end of the season and move to Lidl-Trek on a two-year deal.
The 23-year-old from New Zealand recently won a stage at the Giro d’Italia Women and finished 10th overall in the general classification.
Lidl-Trek has not commented on the signing but we understand that it will be announced in the coming weeks.
Fisher-Black is the third incoming rider on the American team that we have confirmed after Riejanne Markus (Visma Lease a Bike) and Emma Norsgaard (Movistar) were signed in the last few weeks. Both of those riders have also joined on two-year deals but Lild-Trek has yet to announce them.
