Primož Roglič will not move teams at the end of the 2025 season. Sources confirmed to us that the Slovenian has a contract with Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe for 2026.
It’s unclear at present whether Roglič signed a contract extension for an additional season in the last 18 months or triggered an automatic extension tagged onto his initial deal signed at the start of 2024. It was widely reported that he left Visma-Lease a Bike for Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe on a two-year deal.
Roglič was supposed to be one of the primary transfer targets available this season, with very few Grand Tour contenders available. We heard recently that the 35-year-old wasn’t on the market for 2026, and in a short series of texts with sources, the news of his situation for 2026 was confirmed.
