Hi subscribers,

We have a jam-packed week of coverage for you on the Substack!

On Friday I went to the London 3 Day and interviewed several riders and ex-pros, including Bradley Wiggins, Owain Doull, Elia Viviani, Matt White, Ben Wiggins and a new face at Astana I can’t talk about just yet. 🤐

We’ve also got the Tour de France and Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift routes coming out and more analysis from the transfer scene. Honestly, this could be the busiest week we’ve ever had on the Substack.

We’re kicking off the week with this exclusive interview with Elia Viviani, who was in town for the London 3 Day. We talked to the Italian about his mixed results this season, how he wants to carry on racing beyond the age of 33 and how Ineos Grenadiers can rescue their current situation.

I hope you enjoy the story, and here’s our exclusive interview with Bradley Wiggins from the weekend, in case you missed it. 🇬🇧

Also, a massive shout-out to James Huang who recently launched his Substack channel. As I’m sure you’re aware, James is a franchise-level tech writer in cycling. I worked with him at CN and he basically knows everything in the world when it comes to bikes, tech… and Haribo. Please check out his Substack if you have a moment.

Have a great week, and thanks for your continued support. 💓

Elia Viviani may not have a contract with Ineos Grenadiers for 2025 but the three-time Olympic medalist has no intention of hanging up his wheels.

The 33-year-old is still looking for a team that will take him on next season, and despite what he deemed a disappointing road season, the veteran has aspirations of winning a sixth Giro d’Italia stage win and possibly competing for another two years.

Speaking exclusively to us at the London 3 Day, we sat down with Viviani in between events to talk about his season, the future and how Ineos Grenadiers can bounce back after their worst-ever campaign.
