The biggest play made by Milan Eržen’s team is the signing of Lenny Martinez from Groupama-FDJ. One of the worst kept secrets in this year’s market, we understand that the French climber will join on a three-year deal worth around 6M Euros spread over that period. Bahrain-Victorious can’t confirm the move until after August 1 but we’ve been hearing about the transfer since the early spring with Groupama-FDJ simply not able to compete financially when it came to contract negotiations.
